7 SPHERES

A Model

The 7 Spheres

The seven spheres of society are a model that identifies seven key spheres or areas that influence the culture and functioning of society.

These spheres are:

  1. Religion
  2. Family
  3. Education
  4. Government
  5. Media
  6. Celebration
  7. Economy

These spheres are seen as key areas that must be influenced or transformed to promote specific values or principles in society. Each sphere has its own role in shaping society and culture, as well as its domains of authority, and can be influenced and transformed through active participation and action in each social sphere.

As Ilumina we are committed to discipling individuals and societies, impacting the body of Christ, and mobilizing new generations to be light in every social sphere. Likewise, the programs we direct in Mexico and the world will always be focused on bringing the Kingdom of God to every social sphere, reaching, influencing, and transforming the spheres of Family, Religion, Education, Government, Economy, Media and Celebration, with the goal of bringing the Kingdom of God to earth as it is in heaven.

We create projects and ministries to reach new generations and to unify, impact, and mobilize the body of Christ. Our intention is to create programs focused on young people that bring freshness and relevance to the Word of God. These programs aim to mobilize young people after any event we hold, empowering them to see themselves as a light in any social setting they find themselves in, embracing the role of missionary in the various spheres in which they are already involved or will be involved.

Some programs we have done in Ilumina:

  • The Movement

  • Ilumina Summer Conference

We understand that a large percentage of young people in Latin America living in a crisis context, carry a distorted or absent image of Biblical “family.” Therefore, in addition to being very inclusive with families in the formation of our teams. We also ensure that we create programs that serve children and young people with absent family structure or with problems within the family. Working to restore this image and imparting the character and nature of God as Father and the type of family He designed for us in the context of marriage between a man and a woman.

We are involved in the sphere of family through ministries such as:

  • Building houses for families in extreme poverty

  • Involving our own families in everything we do

  • Serving orphanages

  • Communities in crisis

  • Children at risk

  • Working with widows and single mothers

  • Abandoned elderly people

  • Workshops and training for parents

  • Medical clinics for families of migrants and deportees

We create programs that disciple, educate, and train new generations in the educational field. This includes seminars and courses that develop skills, talents, and spiritual life, as well as classes for children to help them understand what they may not have grasped in school or for those who are not in school. We also help university students practice their professions in needy areas in surrounding cities, preparing new generations with the tools to fulfill their life’s purpose, and ensuring a secure future for young people grounded in biblical principles and social values.

We create content to reach young people on social media and any other communication platform. We also mobilize all members of the body of Christ and young people with a calling, talent, passion, or vision for this social sphere. We recognize that while a building might have 500-1,000 people attending services on a Sunday morning, a social media account can reach thousands of people worldwide through any content uploaded online. We see this as an opportunity to communicate the good news and principles of the Kingdom of God.

Content we have created in Ilumina:

  • Ilumina Podcast
  • Radio
  • Television
  • Ilumina TV
  • Facebook
  • Instagram

We create programs that reach young people in the areas of sports, art, music, and all kinds of entertainment. As well as mobilize the body of Christ and new generations called to this sphere so that they can influence society through their artistic and athletic abilities or whatever they are most passionate about. We believe that the pulpit for sharing the good news is also on the playing field, on music stages, through paintbrushes, or in any game we play.

Ilumina Business is an entrepreneurial network founded on the principle of “business as missions,” where entrepreneurs with a heart for serving God undertake projects with the objective of the fulfillment of the Great Commission and focus on missions. They employ young people who want to be part of the mission, training, discipling, and sending them out.

Everyone in Ilumina serves voluntarily, receiving no salary in exchange for their valuable service. However, we ensure that those who serve are blessed with the fruits of the projects God entrusts to us.

The benefits for those involved are:
